The delicious culinary experiences at Noble Resorts are created by Chef Judi Fourie. She combines international inspiration with home-grown flavours on menus that celebrate seasonality, sustainability and the bountiful fresh produce of the Cape.

Enjoy an a la carte menu of fresh and healthy café-style fare on the patio or indulge in time-honoured afternoon tea in the library lounge, and by night, sip and savour our expertly mixed cocktails and elegant bar snacks. In the restaurant, the chef presents a seasonal lunch and dinner a la carte menu of delicious contemporary cuisine beautifully presented with great attention to detail.

About Chef Judie Fourie

Chef Judi Fourie has been on a culinary journey of exploration for nearly two decades. Her love and appreciation for food runs so much deeper than what is produced on her plates. She has travelled the world to find new dishes, observe different cultures and traditions, experience unique flavours and taste different food, bringing it all together in her restaurants in Cape Town, Pilcrow & Cleaver and Fideli’s, and now also Noble Resorts properties, Allesverloren Village and Harbour Bay Village.

For Chef Judi, food is an experiment-experience that evokes emotion. It is not perfection, it’s about expression and highlighting the different unique flavours of each and every ingredient. Over her extensive career, she has been influenced and inspired by the likes of Margot Janse, Paul Bocuse, Anne-Sopie Pic, Grant Achatz, Yotam Ottolenghi and René Redzepi.

Awarded as a WWF-SASSI Trailblazer for her commitment to use sustainable seafood and championing sustainable seafood practices in her restaurants, Chef Judi is passionate about, and encourages, taking up the role of custodian for not only the oceans, but also the environment.
